my New 34 Sample Excel Chart Data Range From Multiple Sheets
and I’d like to putthis chart on a separate sheet so I’mgoing to select a flourishes chart locationwhich is on the right side of the designtab under chart equipment and I’ll choosenew sheet and I’ll easily call it newchart so my knowledge is now on a new chartand I’d like to modification the this thischart style so I think the first thingI’m going to do is I’m gonna amendment thebackground so I’m gonna littleright-click on the background there andgo to format plot space and from theformat plot space modified box I’ll chooseunder the fill ache picture or texturefill and you can load a series ofpictures it’s actually one of my logosin the background there I’m going to goto dossier and I’m going to load will ownanother photo there and have thatinserted now what’s taking place is it’sactually stretching my graphic to try tomake it fit the size of the chart so I’mgoing to select the option to say tilepicturesque texture and the other thingthat’s going on is that specific logois very text heavy so it could besomewhat distracting from the from thedata in the chart so I’m going to changethe transparency I’m gonna move thetransparency slider so it’s more likewhata watermark and so that way you can getsome branding done in your chart there’syou believe I’m gonna go with a differentimage and let it go lower back to file andI’ll use a various graphic here so I’llload that image and I’ll say file astexture but I’ve also got it as awatermark so it doesn’t distract fromthe normal image of the chart then I’llclick close and then I’d like to changethe the columns right now they’re allblue it’s a single series so I’m goingto right click on one of the columns.

andchoose format data series and from theformat information series dialog box I’llchoose fill and I’m going to say verycolors by element so each column is adifferent shade even notwithstanding it’s asingle series chart and I believe lastlyI’ll add I’ll add knowledge labels so I’ll goto the structure tab and on the format tabI’ll choose info labels and I’ll chooseto put my data labels external the end ofeach column so the outside end so thosedata labels seem above each column soI believe this is the chart style that Iwant to storage space as my default so if I goback to the design tab and on the leftside of the design tab I’ll choosechange chart type although I’m actuallynot going to going to modification it let’sactually do this first let’s actuallychoose storage space as template so I’ll storage space itas a template and I’m going to simplycall it multi colour single collection columnmulti-coloured single series column andsave it so I’ve now got that availableas a template which abilities when I go tochange chart type if I look undertemplatesI’ll see templates that I’ve created andwhen you hover your mouse over themyou’ll get a few of that description butI really want to set that as mydefault chart so by making a choice on that andnow clicking set as default chartnow when I buyer preserve if I blow thischart away so I’ll right-click on thetab and select delete so now I want tochart this knowledge once more the keyboardshortcut for developing a default chart isf11 pardon me so when I select F 11 itgenerates the chart once more however now it’susing all those settings that I wentthrough earlier than so again the steps areset up the chart the way you like andthen choose space for storing as template once that’sdone you can launch the change charttype conversation field go to your templatesarea select the template that you justsaved and mark it as the default bychoosing set as defaultonce that’s accomplished f11 will generate a newchart using that as the default stylethat’s it I hope you find this usefulplease elsewhere in again soon for more Exceldemos have a productive day.
